History

Built in 1936, Little Pine Bluff was named after Mr. Couch’s home town. From this back porch Mr. Couch oversaw the construction of Remmelwood during his final days. He chose to stay here because it was the coolest place in Couchwood, and often still is. Secluded in trees, it can be a welcomed change of scenery from the lake-front houses. With its 3 bedrooms and large den, it’s a great house for entertaining guests.
